The goal was to bring these tips to life by showcasing authentic experiences through the eyes of Lufthansa crew and creative connectors.
For the New York destination, the Lufthansa crew ventured from SoHo to Brooklyn to explore and experience the audience's recommendations in real time. The adventure was captured in high-quality videos and photos and shared on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in formats such as Stories, Carousels and Reels. To maintain engagement throughout the campaign, the content was strategically distributed over an extended period of time.
Designed to complement the ongoing summer push campaign, the content we created used cross-channel communications to support the distribution of photos and videos on Lufthansa.com (LH Insights) and other platforms. It was designed to inspire wanderlust, connect with the audience and encourage travelers to explore new destinations with Lufthansa.
