Since March 2022, Oscar Bravo has led full-scale management of the LinkedIn channel and creation of content for Lufthansa Group for Business, shaping the platform into a benchmark for B2B communication in the aviation industry.
Our objective is to position Lufthansa Group for Business as a leading B2B voice in travel and aviation on LinkedIn, driving brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership through consistent, insightful content.
In close collaboration with Lufthansa Group B2B Marketing, we started developing and implementing a comprehensive channel strategy, defined the visual and editorial direction, and introduced a structured content calendar. Since then, we continuously produce a wide range of premium content formats, including carousels, videos, articles and thought leadership posts, all of which are tailored to a professional audience.
In addition to organic publishing, we manage strategic content boosting, monitor real-time performance, and optimize reach through data-informed decisions. Additionally, we regularly developlocalized content to support over 10 international markets.
Within two years, the channel tripled its follower base, achieved an average engagement rate above 10%, and significantly increased post reach and inbound B2B leads. This project has also helped establish a scalable model for B2B social media excellence across the Lufthansa Group.
